Where Shopping Meets Pop Culture in Odaiba

In Tokyo’s futuristic Odaiba district, Zepp DiverCity Odaiba is a must-visit destination. This shopping and entertainment complex stands out for its mix of fashion stores, food options, and its star attraction—a towering, life-sized Gundam statue right at the entrance.

We visited as a family and quickly saw why it draws such a crowd. Between the transforming robot shows and family-friendly attractions, there was something here for everyone, whether or not you’re a Mobile Suit Gundam fan.

Unicorn Gundam Statue

Standing at 19.7 meters tall, the Unicorn Gundam is an impressive sight, even if you’ve never seen the anime. Several times a day, the statue transforms and lights up. The evening shows are especially fun to watch as the lights play against the night sky.

Zepp DiverCity Concert Hall

The on-site live music hall hosts a variety of performances throughout the year. From Japanese rock bands to international artists, you might be able to catch a concert during your visit.

Dining and Food Court

The food court is one of the largest in Odaiba, seating over 700 guests and offering Japanese and international cuisine. We found it a convenient spot to recharge before heading out for more sightseeing.
