A Waterfront Cafe with an International Twist

While visiting Odaiba, our kids were craving non-Japanese food, so we decided to eat at Bills inside DECKS Tokyo Beach. t turned out to be just what we needed—comforting, familiar flavors served in a bright, scenic spot. The floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor terrace opened up to Rainbow Bridge, giving us a bay view that made the meal feel extra special.

Bills was founded by Australian chef and food writer Bill Granger. In Japan, the chain has become a favorite among both locals and visitors seeking high-quality Western dishes in a casual yet stylish atmosphere.

Compared to the buzzier Tokyo branches, the Odaiba location felt more relaxed, thanks to its open-air terrace and waterfront atmosphere—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the island.

Our Experience at Bills Odaiba

A plate of fluffy pancakes dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with banana, served on a white dish at Bills Odaiba at DECKS.

We ordered a mix of cafe classics and Western comfort dishes:

  • Fluffy ricotta hotcakes with honeycomb butter
  • A savory burger with perfectly crisp fries
  • Light desserts that didn’t feel too heavy after a long day

The portions were generous, the flavors were spot-on, and the service was friendly but unhurried. The kids enjoyed the food, while we took our time soaking in the view before heading out to continue our adventure in Odaiba.
