Set in the woods behind the New Furano Prince Hotel, Ningle Terrace is a fairy-tale walkway of log cabins where artisans create and sell handmade crafts.

A row of small wooden cabins with large windows display various crafts inside, surrounded by lush green trees and connected by a wooden walkway in the enchanting Ningle Terrace forested area.

A Storybook Village in the Forest

Ningle Terrace is one of Furano’s most charming surprises. This small shopping village is made up of wooden cabins connected by a raised walkway under tall evergreens. Each cabin is home to a different artist, offering handmade goods such as candles, wood carvings, paper art, and miniature dioramas.

We visited in the early evening, just before sunset. As the sky darkened, each cabin glowed with soft golden lights, and the whole place felt magical.
